Arrival & Free Choice Play
Warm welcome, greeting educator and peers, settling in with quiet tabletop activities, building blocks, or sensory play tailored to individual interests.

Operating strictly under the Community Vision Family Daycare Scheme guidelines.
Approved Scheme Affiliation
Nipona's Family Daycare works directly with Community Vision Family Daycare. Community Vision manages scheme compliance, Australian Child Care Subsidy (CCS) processing, and regular quality assurance audits.
Invoicing & Payment Schedule
- Wednesday: Statements and invoices are emailed directly to parents showing care hours and applied subsidies.
- Thursday: Outstanding gap payment is automatically collected via Direct Debit (mandatory upon enrollment).
No Direct Cash Policy
Important Policy: Educators are strictly not permitted to collect cash or payments directly from parents. All financial transactions must proceed through the official Community Vision direct debit system.
